Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run Creator Kiwi and match you with paid work. This page explains what that is and how we look after it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, country, chosen niches and a securely hashed password.
- Applications: the role you applied for, your contact details, portfolio link and pitch.
- Learning progress: which lessons and action steps you have completed.
- Messages you send through the support page and Premium requests.
How we use it
- To run your account, show you matched roles and save your lesson progress.
- To review your applications and pass them to the team managing each brief.
- To reply to your messages and set up Premium when you ask for it.
We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We measure site visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you personally. Your browser also remembers when you last opened your notifications, which stays on your device.
Emails
When you apply, request Premium or contact support, your submission is emailed to the Creator Kiwi team so we can respond. These internal emails use open and click tracking to help us make sure nothing is missed.
Keeping it safe
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions use secure cookies, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your account. To get a copy of your information, correct it or delete your account, message us through the support page and we will help.
