Terms of use
These terms explain how Creator Kiwi works and what we expect from everyone who uses it. By creating an account or applying for a role you agree to them.
1. What Creator Kiwi is
Creator Kiwi is a job board and learning hub that connects creators, with a focus on mums in New Zealand, to brands that want user-generated content. We list roles, pass your applications to the team that manages each brief, and offer lessons that help you build your skills.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account or apply for roles.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- The details you give us, including your name, country and portfolio links, must be accurate.
3. Roles and pay
Every role listed on Creator Kiwi shows its pay, which starts at a minimum of $150 per project. Applying does not guarantee you will be selected. The final scope, deadlines, usage rights and payment terms for each project are agreed before you start work, and you should read them carefully.
4. Your content and your family
- You keep ownership of the content you create unless you agree in writing to transfer rights to a brand.
- Only feature people, including children, who have agreed to appear, and follow the privacy guidance in our lessons.
- Do not submit content that is misleading, unsafe or copied from someone else.
5. Premium membership
Premium costs NZ$29/month. When you request Premium we email you a secure link to start your membership. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
6. Fair use
Please do not misuse the site, for example by scraping listings, sending spam applications or trying to access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Questions
If anything here is unclear, message us through the support page. We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do.
